Comparison review
LG V30S ThinQ is just a bit better than Galaxy J8, having an 82.5 score against 76.7. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the LG V30S ThinQ has 8.0 Oreo version while Galaxy J8 has Android 10 version, providing you a couple additional features. Even when the LG V30S ThinQ and the Galaxy J8 were released only 4 months apart, the LG V30S ThinQ is somewhat lighter and just a little bit thinner.
