The Galaxy M40 is slightly better than the LG V30S ThinQ, getting a global score of 85 against 82.5. Galaxy M40's construction is newer than the LG V30S ThinQ's, but it's just a little thicker and a little heavier. These devices have Android OS, but the Galaxy M40 has older 10 version while LG V30S ThinQ has Android 8.0 Oreo version.

The LG V30S ThinQ features a little more vivid display than Galaxy M40, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a greater amount of pixels per screen inch and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2880.
