Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the LG V30S ThinQ has a newer 8.0 Oreo version and Galaxy M53 5G has Android 12 version. The LG V30S ThinQ is a lighter cellphone than the Galaxy M53 5G, but they are equally thin.
