Both of these phones work with Android OS, but the LG V30S ThinQ has a newer 8.0 Oreo version while Samsung Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2 version, so it offers a couple nice extra features. LG V30S ThinQ's design is notably newer, thinner and a little bit lighter than the Samsung Galaxy Note3.
