Comparison review

The LG V30S ThinQ has a general score of 82.5, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy S8's general score of 81.7. Although LG V30S ThinQ is just a bit heavier than Samsung Galaxy S8, it's a little bit thinner and newer. Galaxy S8 has a bit better display than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly better 1440 x 2960 resolution and a just a little higher screen density.

LG V30S ThinQ counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy S8, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the LG V30S ThinQ also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The LG V30S ThinQ features a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S8, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.

LG V30S ThinQ features a little longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S8, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh. The LG V30S ThinQ takes a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy S8, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor capturing lower quality images, and they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the LG V30S ThinQ also counts with a much more mega pixels back-facing camera and a bigger camera aperture to capture better low light captures.

Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy S8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S8. If you want to save some dollars, you can get the Galaxy S8, giving up a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
