LG V30S ThinQ is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, with a general score of 82.5 against 81. LG V30S ThinQ is an older device than the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, but LG was able to make it a lot thinner and notably lighter anyway. These phones work with Android OS, but the LG V30S ThinQ has newer 8.0 Oreo version while Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro has Android 11 version, providing the user a couple nice extra features.

LG V30S ThinQ has a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixel amount in each inch of display and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels. The LG V30S ThinQ counts with a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the LG V30S ThinQ also has a higher amount of RAM.

LG V30S ThinQ counts with a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, because although it has a back camera with a much worse 16 mega pixels resolution, it also counts with a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a much larger camera sensor shooting way higher quality pictures and videos and a larger camera aperture.

The LG V30S ThinQ counts with a much greater storage for games and applications than Galaxy XCover Pro, because it has more internal memory and a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Galaxy XCover Pro counts with greater battery performance than LG V30S ThinQ, because it has 4050mAh of battery capacity.

Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro. If you are trying to save some money, you can get Samsung Galaxy XCover Pro, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
