Comparison review

Xperia 1 has a global score of 82.6, which is a bit better than the LG V30S ThinQ's 82.5 overall score. Even though Xperia 1 is newer than the LG V30S ThinQ, it's somewhat heavier and just a little thicker. Xperia 1 has a slightly better screen than LG V30S ThinQ, because it has a higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels, a little larger display and a little bit better quantity of pixels per inch of display.

Sony Xperia 1 has a bit more powerful processor than LG V30S ThinQ. They have 6 GB of RAM memory and the same number of cores. LG V30S ThinQ features just a bit better camera than Sony Xperia 1, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor taking less light and washed colors, and they both have the same video resolution and a F1.6 aperture, the LG V30S ThinQ also counts with better 30 fps video frame rates and a back camera with much more mega-pixels.

LG V30S ThinQ features a very superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Sony Xperia 1, and although they both have equal internal memory, the LG V30S ThinQ also has an external SD slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. Xperia 1 features a battery duration that's just as good as the battery performance in LG V30S ThinQ, although the Xperia 1 also has a 3330mAh battery capacity.

Although Xperia 1 is a better device, it costs a little more than the LG V30S ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG V30S ThinQ. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get LG V30S ThinQ, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your budget.
