LG V30S ThinQ is slightly better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, having an 82.5 score against 76.6. LG V30S ThinQ's construction is notably lighter and thinner than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, despite of the fact that it was released many years before. Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS (Operating System), but the LG V30S ThinQ has 8.0 Oreo version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has Android 10.
The LG V30S ThinQ features a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the LG V30S ThinQ also has a larger amount of RAM. The LG V30S ThinQ has a little more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixel density and a higher 1440 x 2880 resolution.
LG V30S ThinQ counts with a much greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because it has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal storage. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a way better battery lifetime than LG V30S ThinQ, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity against 3300mAh.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 shoots better videos and photos than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a back camera with a lot better 48 mega pixels resolution and a much larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy LG V30S ThinQ, else you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, resigning some features and specifications.
