LG V30S ThinQ has a score of 82.5, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro's global score of 81.1. LG V30S ThinQ's construction is notably lighter and somewhat thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, although it was released many years before. Both phones in our current comparison include Android OS, but LG V30S ThinQ has the newer 8.0 Oreo version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has Android 10 version.

LG V30S ThinQ has a much better storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because it has a SD card slot that admits up to 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro shoots greater photos and videos than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not favorable for taking photographs and/or video in low-light environments, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also counts with a lot more megapixels camera and a way larger back camera sensor providing a much higher image quality.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a much longer battery performance than LG V30S ThinQ, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy LG V30S ThinQ, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, giving up a couple specifications.
