The LG V35 ThinQ is slightly better than the Google Pixel 3a XL, getting a general score of 81.3 against 78.9. LG V35 ThinQ is an older phone than the Google Pixel 3a XL, but LG managed to make it a little bit lighter and a little thinner. LG V35 ThinQ has a bit more vivid display than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have a display with the same size, the LG V35 ThinQ also has a better resolution of 1440 x 2880 and a greater pixels amount in each inch in the display.
The LG V35 ThinQ has a bit better CPU than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG V35 ThinQ also has a larger amount of RAM. LG V35 ThinQ has a much better memory capacity to install applications and games than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the LG V35 ThinQ also has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Google Pixel 3a XL has a bit better battery lifetime than LG V35 ThinQ, because it has 3700mAh of battery capacity. The LG V35 ThinQ has a slightly better camera than Google Pixel 3a XL, because although it has a tinier back camera sensor capturing lower quality photos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the LG V35 ThinQ also counts with a larger aperture to capture better images in low-light situations and a camera with a much better 16 megapixels resolution.
Although LG V35 ThinQ is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Google Pixel 3a XL, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Google Pixel 3a XL. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get Google Pixel 3a XL, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
