Comparison review

The Huawei P20 Pro has a global score of 81.4, which is slightly better than LG V40 ThinQ's 81.2 general score. These phones come with the same Android 10 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding that. Huawei P20 Pro is an a little bit heavier and a little thicker phone than the LG V40 ThinQ.

LG V40 ThinQ features a slightly better display than Huawei P20 Pro, because it has a bit bigger display, a better pixels number in each inch of screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 3120px. LG V40 ThinQ counts with a little better performance than Huawei P20 Pro. Both have a Octa-Core processing unit and 6 GB of RAM memory.

The Huawei P20 Pro counts with a better camera than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for low-light photos and video and lower video frame rate, and they both have the same video definition, the Huawei P20 Pro also counts with a back camera with a lot better resolution and a much bigger back camera sensor which gives a lot better photo and video quality.

LG V40 ThinQ counts with a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Huawei P20 Pro has superior battery performance than LG V40 ThinQ, because it has a 21 percent greater battery size.

Although Huawei P20 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG V40 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG V40 ThinQ. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Huawei P20 Pro, else you can save a couple dollars and get the LG V40 ThinQ, giving up some features and specifications.
