Huawei P40 has a general score of 86.4, which is a little bit better than LG V40 ThinQ's score of 81.2. The Huawei P40 is a newer cellphone than the LG V40 ThinQ, but it is just a little bit thicker and a bit heavier. These phones use the same Android 10 OS (Operating System). Huawei P40 and LG V40 ThinQ count with extremely similar processors, they have a Octa-Core processor and a 6 GB RAM.
The LG V40 ThinQ has a little bit better display than Huawei P40, because it has a greater number of pixels per inch of display, a higher 1440 x 3120px resolution and a little larger screen. Huawei P40 features a superior camera than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has a lot tinier aperture which is not favorable for shooting images or video in low light situations, and they both have the same 60 frames per second video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Huawei P40 also counts with a way larger camera sensor shooting lot better quality pictures and a back facing camera with much more megapixels.
LG V40 ThinQ has a lot bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei P40, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Huawei P40 features a bit superior battery performance than LG V40 ThinQ, because it has a 3800mAh battery capacity against 3300mAh.
Huawei P40 is more expensive than LG V40 ThinQ, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
