LG V40 ThinQ is just a bit better than LG G3, with a overall score of 81.2 against 76.4. Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the LG V40 ThinQ has a more recent 10 version and LG G3 has Android 5.0 version, so it provides you some nice extra features. The LG V40 ThinQ construction is much newer and somewhat thinner, but somewhat heavier than LG G3.

The LG V40 ThinQ counts with a little bit better performance than LG G3, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with a greater number of faster cores and more RAM memory. The LG G3 counts with a brighter display than LG V40 ThinQ, although it has a bit smaller display, a little inferior count of pixels per inch of display and a little bit lower resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.

LG V40 ThinQ has a bit better camera than LG G3, because although it has a camera in the back with a worse 12 megapixels resolution and a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, it also counts with a much bigger diafragm aperture to take better photography in poorly lited situations and a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.

The LG V40 ThinQ counts with a superior storage capacity for games and applications than LG G3, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB and 64 GB internal memory. LG V40 ThinQ features just a little bit longer battery performance than LG G3, because it has a 10 percent more battery capacity.

LG V40 ThinQ is more expensive than the LG G3, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
