Comparison review

The LG V40 ThinQ has a global score of 81.2, which is a bit better than the Microsoft Surface Duo's global score of 78.8. LG V40 ThinQ's design is noticeably lighter than Microsoft Surface Duo, but it is a lot thicker and was released about 23 months before. These devices have the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't perceive any difference in that aspect.

The Microsoft Surface Duo's processing unit is just as good as the processing unit in LG V40 ThinQ, both have a Octa-Core processing unit and the same RAM amount. The LG V40 ThinQ has a slightly better screen than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1440 x 3120 and a much smaller display, it also counts with a greater screen density.

The LG V40 ThinQ shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Duo, and although they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rates, the LG V40 ThinQ also has a more mega-pixels back camera and a much bigger aperture for better photography and video in low-light situations.

LG V40 ThinQ features a superior storage for games and applications than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. The Microsoft Surface Duo counts with just a bit longer battery life than LG V40 ThinQ, because it has a 3577mAh battery size against 3300mAh.

Even being the best phone in this comparison, the LG V40 ThinQ is also by far the cheapest one, making it a no doubt choice.
