The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is a bit better than the LG V40 ThinQ, getting an 85.3 score against 81.2. Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is a much newer and much thinner phone than the LG V40 ThinQ, although it's much heavier. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a more recent 11 version while LG V40 ThinQ has Android 10 version.

Microsoft Surface Duo 2 counts with a processor that is very similar to the CPU in LG V40 ThinQ, and although the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has more RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Microsoft Surface Duo 2 features a screen that's just as good as the screen in LG V40 ThinQ, because although the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a lot less pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a bigger screen and a slightly better resolution of 1892 x 2688 pixels.

The LG V40 ThinQ counts with a much greater storage for games and applications than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. The LG V40 ThinQ captures clearer photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the same 60 frames per second video frame rates and a same resolution back-facing camera, the LG V40 ThinQ also has a bigger aperture to capture better photos in low light environments.

The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 counts with longer battery life than LG V40 ThinQ, because it has a 4449mAh battery capacity.

Although Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG V40 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG V40 ThinQ. If you want to save some money, you can buy LG V40 ThinQ, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your savings.
