Comparison review

Motorola edge has a score of 89.6, which is better than the LG V40 ThinQ's global score of 81.2. Even though the Motorola edge is newer than the LG V40 ThinQ, it is somewhat thicker and heavier. These phones include the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't see any differences regarding operating system features.

The LG V40 ThinQ counts with a bit more vivid screen than Motorola edge, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better screen pixels density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120px. The Motorola edge counts with a superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows 1000 GB smaller, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory.

LG V40 ThinQ features a bit better hardware performance than Motorola edge. Both have a 6 GB RAM and 8 cpu cores. The Motorola edge has longer battery duration than LG V40 ThinQ, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 3300mAh. The Motorola edge features a better camera than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture and lower 30 fps video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Motorola edge also counts with a lot bigger sensor and a way better 64 mega pixels resolution back camera.

Although Motorola edge is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG V40 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG V40 ThinQ. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the LG V40 ThinQ, and give up a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
