Comparison review

The Galaxy Fold has a score of 97.6, which is way better than LG V40 ThinQ's 81.2 score. These phones have Android operating system, but the Galaxy Fold has newer 9.0 Pie version and LG V40 ThinQ has Android 10 version, providing you some nice extra features and some performance improvements. Galaxy Fold's construction is newer and a bit thinner than LG V40 ThinQ's, but it's extremely heavier.

The LG V40 ThinQ counts with a little more vivid display than Galaxy Fold, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a slightly higher 1440 x 3120 resolution and more pixels per inch in the screen. Galaxy Fold counts with a bit superior processing unit than LG V40 ThinQ, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy Fold also has a larger amount of RAM memory.

Galaxy Fold counts with a very superior storage to store more apps and games than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory. Samsung Galaxy Fold counts with superior battery lifetime than LG V40 ThinQ, because it has 4380mAh of battery capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy Fold and LG V40 ThinQ count with extremely similar cameras, and although the Samsung Galaxy Fold has a bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a better image quality, they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, a F1.5 diafragm aperture, a back camera with a 12 mega-pixels and the same 60 frames per second video frame rates.

Although Galaxy Fold is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG V40 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG V40 ThinQ. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy Fold, else you can save some money and buy the LG V40 ThinQ, letting go some specs and features.
