Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than LG V40 ThinQ, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a larger amount of RAM. LG V40 ThinQ counts with a bit better looking display than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels and a little smaller display, it also counts with a just a little higher screen pixels density.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with slightly more storage to install games and applications than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has a SD extension slot that holds up to 1000 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G shoots much better videos and photos than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for capturing images and videos in low light situations, it also counts with a way larger camera sensor shooting much better quality photographs and videos, a lot more MP back facing camera and a way better 7680x4320 video resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a way better battery life than LG V40 ThinQ, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.

Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG V40 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG V40 ThinQ. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the LG V40 ThinQ, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
