The LG V40 ThinQ is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, getting an 81.2 score against 78.1. LG V40 ThinQ's design has the same thickness than the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, but it is a bit heavier. Both phones in our current comparison use Android operating system, but the LG V40 ThinQ has an older 10 version while Samsung Galaxy S7 edge has Android 8.0 Oreo.
The LG V40 ThinQ has a little bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a little better screen density, a bigger display and a slightly better 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution. The LG V40 ThinQ has a very superior memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, because it has a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB and 64 GB internal storage capacity.
The LG V40 ThinQ features a bit better processor than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has 2 GB more RAM and a larger number of cores. The LG V40 ThinQ features a slightly better camera than Galaxy S7 edge, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor capturing less light and duller colors, and they both have a 12 megapixels camera in the back and the same video resolution, the LG V40 ThinQ also counts with a bigger aperture to capture better low light photos and video and higher video frame rates.
