The LG V40 ThinQ has a general score of 81.2, which is just a bit better than the Sony Xperia XZ Premium's 79.8 score. The LG V40 ThinQ construction is newer, lighter and a little thinner than the Sony Xperia XZ Premium. Xperia XZ Premium features a much better screen than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per display inch and a higher resolution of 2160 x 3840.

LG V40 ThinQ has a way bigger storage for applications and games than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the LG V40 ThinQ also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 1,95 TB. The LG V40 ThinQ features just a bit better performance than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG V40 ThinQ also has a larger amount of RAM memory.

LG V40 ThinQ features a little longer battery life than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a 3300mAh battery capacity. The Xperia XZ Premium takes slightly better photographs and videos than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has a lot tinier camera aperture which is not nice for taking pictures and video in low light situations and slower video frame rate, and they both have the same video definition, the Xperia XZ Premium also counts with a lot higher 19 mega pixels resolution back facing camera and a larger back camera sensor shooting higher quality videos and photographs.
