LG V60 ThinQ has a global score of 87.6, which is a little bit better than Motorola Edge 20's global score of 86.1. These phones come with the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding operating system features. Even being the best we are comparing here, LG V60 ThinQ is an older, heavier and somewhat thicker cellphone than the Motorola Edge 20.
LG V60 ThinQ counts with a little faster processor than Motorola Edge 20. Both have the same RAM amount and a Octa-Core processing unit.
