The Samsung Galaxy S20 is slightly better than LG V60 ThinQ, having a 94.8 score against 87.6. Samsung Galaxy S20's body is thinner and noticeably lighter than the LG V60 ThinQ, even when both of them were released with only 0 months difference. Both of these devices use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 has 13 version while LG V60 ThinQ has Android 11 version, giving lots of additional features.
