The LG V60 ThinQ has a general score of 87.6, which is better than Galaxy XCover 5's 78.1 overall score. The LG V60 ThinQ body is a bit thinner than the Galaxy XCover 5, but it's way heavier and was released around a year before. Both of these devices include the same Android 11 operating system.
