The LG V60 ThinQ is just a bit better than the Xperia Z5 Premium, with a global score of 87.6 against 79.8. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the LG V60 ThinQ has a more recent 11 version while Xperia Z5 Premium has Android 5.1 version, giving a couple additional features. LG V60 ThinQ's construction is a lot newer than the Xperia Z5 Premium's, although it's heavier and somewhat thicker.
