Apple iPhone 12 has an overall score of 88.7, which is a little bit better than LG Velvet's global score of 87.1. The Apple iPhone 12 construction is a little lighter and just a little thinner than LG Velvet, although they were only released 5 months apart. The Apple iPhone 12 counts with a sharper screen than LG Velvet, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a quite better resolution of 1170 x 2532 and a little bit more pixels per screen inch.
IPhone 12 has a superior performance than LG Velvet, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and 2 less cpu cores , it also counts with a 64-bits CPU. LG Velvet captures much better videos and photos than iPhone 12, because although it has lower 30 frames per second video frame rate and a smaller aperture which is not nice for capturing photos and/or video in low light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the LG Velvet also counts with a lot better 48 megapixels resolution camera in the back.
The LG Velvet counts with a much bigger memory for applications and games than iPhone 12, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 1,95 TB. The LG Velvet counts with a superior battery life than Apple iPhone 12, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity against 2815mAh.
Although iPhone 12 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG Velvet, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG Velvet. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get LG Velvet, and give up a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
