Comparison review
LG Velvet is slightly better than LG V35 ThinQ, getting an 87.1 score against 81.3. LG Velvet's construction is newer than the LG V35 ThinQ's, but it is heavier and just a bit thicker. The LG V35 ThinQ counts with a bit more powerful CPU than LG Velvet. They have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount.
The LG V35 ThinQ features a bit sharper display than LG Velvet, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better pixels density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2880px. The LG Velvet has a better camera than LG V35 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for taking photos and video in low light situations, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the LG Velvet also counts with a camera with a way higher resolution and a way bigger back camera sensor capturing much higher quality videos and pictures.
The LG Velvet features a better storage capacity for applications and games than LG V35 ThinQ, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB, the LG Velvet also has 64 GB more internal storage. The LG Velvet has improved battery performance than LG V35 ThinQ, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity.
The LG Velvet costs a bit more than LG V35 ThinQ, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
