Galaxy A71 5G UW is slightly better than LG Velvet, having a general score of 92.9 against 87.1. Even being the best phone in this review, Galaxy A71 5G UW's body is just a little bit thicker and just a bit heavier than the LG Velvet. Galaxy A71 5G UW features a screen that is just as good as the LG Velvet one, although the Galaxy A71 5G UW has a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2400, a little bit smaller display and a bit lower pixels number in each inch of display.
Samsung Galaxy A71 5G UW has a little bit better hardware performance than LG Velvet, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy A71 5G UW also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy A71 5G UW takes slightly better photos and videos than LG Velvet, and although they both have the same video frame rates, the same 3840x2160 video quality and a F1.8 aperture, the Galaxy A71 5G UW also has a bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a higher image quality and a back camera with lot more mega-pixels.
The LG Velvet features a quite bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A71 5G UW, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the LG Velvet also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Galaxy A71 5G UW has just a little better battery lifetime than LG Velvet, because it has a 5 percent larger battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy A71 5G UW is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG Velvet, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG Velvet. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy LG Velvet, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
