Comparison review

The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is much better than the LG Velvet's 87.1 global score. Despite being the best device in our current comparison, we must note that it is also somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit faster processing unit than LG Velvet, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a larger amount of RAM.

Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a bit better looking screen than LG Velvet, because it has a higher resolution of 1440 x 3200, a bit bigger screen and a better pixels count per inch in the display. The LG Velvet has a quite bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, and although they both have the same internal storage, the LG Velvet also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G takes much clearer pictures and videos than LG Velvet, and although they both have a F1.8 camera aperture and the same back camera sensor size, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a way better 7680x4320 video quality and a back-facing camera with a lot better resolution.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has better battery lifetime than LG Velvet, because it has a 16% greater battery capacity.

Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG Velvet, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG Velvet. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the LG Velvet, giving up a couple features and specifications.
