Comparison review
The LG Velvet has a general score of 87.1, which is slightly better than the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium's overall score of 82.2. LG Velvet's construction is newer, thinner and notably lighter than the Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium. Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium features a little better processing power than LG Velvet. Both have a 6 GB RAM and the same number of cores.
The Xperia XZ2 Premium features a way better looking display than LG Velvet, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much better resolution of 2160 x 3840 and a much greater pixels quantity per inch of screen. The LG Velvet features a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has an external memory slot that admits up to 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal memory capacity.
The LG Velvet features a slightly better camera than Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, a same size diafragm aperture and the same video frame rates, the LG Velvet also has a back camera with way more megapixels and a bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a higher image quality.
The LG Velvet counts with improved battery lifetime than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, LG Velvet is also a bargain compared to others.
