Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 is slightly better than the LG Viper 4G LTE, having a 60.8 score against 56.6. Samsung Galaxy Ace 3's body is newer, somewhat thinner and lighter than the LG Viper 4G LTE. Both of these devices work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 has a newer 4.2.2 version while LG Viper 4G LTE has Android 4.0, giving you some nice extra features and enhanced performance.
