Comparison review
The LG G5 has an overall score of 76.1, which is a bit better than LG X venture's global score of 71.7. Although LG G5 is older than the LG X venture, it's design is extremely thinner and a little bit lighter. These phones work with Android OS, but the LG G5 has a newer 8.0 Oreo version while LG X venture has Android 7.0 Nougat version, giving you some extra features.
The LG G5 features just a bit better hardware performance than LG X venture, because although it has a lower number of cores , it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory. The LG G5 counts with a little sharper display than LG X venture, because it has a higher 1440 x 2560px resolution, a quite larger display and a higher pixel density.
LG G5's memory to install games and applications is just as good as LG X venture's one, they have a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB and the same internal storage capacity. The LG X venture features a very superior battery lifetime than LG G5, because it has a 46% larger battery capacity.
LG G5 has a better camera than LG X venture, and although they both have a same resolution back facing camera, the LG G5 also has a much better video resolution and a larger aperture for better images and video in low-light situations.
Although LG G5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG X venture, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG X venture. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the LG G5, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the LG X venture, letting go some specifications.
