Galaxy Note 3 is much better than the Micromax Canvas Gold, having a score of 80.7 against 57.8. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note 3 has a more recent 5.0 version while Micromax Canvas Gold has Android 4.4.2, so it gives you a couple nice extra features. Micromax Canvas Gold counts with a bit more vivid display than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have an equal 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Micromax Canvas Gold also counts with a just a bit better pixel quantity per display inch.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features a much bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Micromax Canvas Gold, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB and 64 GB internal memory. Micromax Canvas Gold features a little faster CPU than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the Micromax Canvas Gold also counts with a better GPU running at 650 MHz.
Galaxy Note 3 captures greater videos and photos than Micromax Canvas Gold, although it has a less megapixels back facing camera. Galaxy Note 3 features a very superior battery lifetime than Micromax Canvas Gold, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is also cheaper.
