The Xiaomi Poco M3 is way better than the Microsoft Lumia 640, getting a 78.2 score against 64.3. Even being the best in this review, the Xiaomi Poco M3 is a noticeably heavier and a bit thicker device than the Microsoft Lumia 640. Xiaomi Poco M3 comes with Android 10 operating system, and Microsoft Lumia 640 has Windows Phone 8.1 operating system.
Lumia 640 counts with a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Poco M3, although it has a way smaller screen, a lot worse 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and a way worse screen density. The Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with a better processing power than Microsoft Lumia 640, because it has 3 GB more RAM and a larger number of faster cores.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 counts with a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Lumia 640, because it has more internal memory and a SD extension slot that admits up to 512 GB.
