Samsung Galaxy Amp Prime 3 has a score of 68.7, which is a little bit better than Lumia 640 XL's overall score of 65.6. Samsung Galaxy Amp Prime 3 comes with Android 8.0 Oreo operating system, while Lumia 640 XL comes with Windows Phone 8.1 operating system.
