IPhone 6 Plus has a global score of 80.4, which is just a bit better than Lumia 950 XL's score of 75. IPhone 6 Plus works with iOS 8.x OS, and Lumia 950 XL works with Windows 10 Mobile OS. IPhone 6 Plus is an older and a little heavier device than Lumia 950 XL, but Apple could make it thinner anyway.
The iPhone 6 Plus has a quite superior hardware performance than Lumia 950 XL, because although it has 2 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with a greater number of cores (although they are slower), an additional graphics processor and a 64-bit CPU. IPhone 6 Plus counts with a screen that's very similar to the display in Lumia 950 XL, although the iPhone 6 Plus has a just a little lower quantity of pixels per inch of screen, a way worse 1920 x 1080 resolution and a little bit smaller display.
Lumia 950 XL features a better camera than iPhone 6 Plus, because it has a much more megapixels back camera, a way higher video definition, a much bigger back camera sensor shooting lot better quality videos and photos and a larger diafragm aperture. Apple iPhone 6 Plus features a quite bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Microsoft Lumia 950 XL, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Microsoft Lumia 950 XL counts with a little better battery duration than iPhone 6 Plus, because it has 3340mAh of battery capacity.
Although iPhone 6 Plus is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Microsoft Lumia 950 XL, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Microsoft Lumia 950 XL. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy iPhone 6 Plus, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL, giving up some features and specs.
