HTC U Ultra is a little bit better than Lumia 950 XL, having a overall score of 77 against 75. The HTC U Ultra design is newer and a little bit thinner, but a bit heavier than the Lumia 950 XL. HTC U Ultra counts with just a little better hardware performance than Lumia 950 XL, because it has a higher amount of RAM and a higher number of faster cores.
