Huawei Mate 20 is a bit better than Microsoft Lumia 950 XL, having a score of 79.5 against 75. The Huawei Mate 20 works with Android 9.0 Pie operating system, while Microsoft Lumia 950 XL has Windows 10 Mobile operating system. The Huawei Mate 20 is a noticeably newer phone than the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL, but it is just a little thicker and somewhat heavier.
