LG V30S ThinQ has a score of 82.5, which is a little bit better than Microsoft Lumia 950 XL's overall score of 75. The LG V30S ThinQ comes with Android 8.0 Oreo OS, while Microsoft Lumia 950 XL has Windows 10 Mobile OS. LG V30S ThinQ is a noticeably newer phone, and it's also a bit lighter and just a little bit thinner than Microsoft Lumia 950 XL.

Microsoft Lumia 950 XL has a little more vivid screen than LG V30S ThinQ, although it has a bit worse resolution of 2560 x 1440, a bit smaller screen and a bit less pixels per inch in the display. The LG V30S ThinQ has a very superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Lumia 950 XL, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB and more internal memory.

The LG V30S ThinQ counts with a better CPU than Lumia 950 XL, because it has 7 more cores and a greater amount of RAM memory. Microsoft Lumia 950 XL shoots a bit better videos and photos than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a tinier camera aperture, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Microsoft Lumia 950 XL also counts with a lot bigger back camera sensor shooting way better quality videos and pictures and a back facing camera with more mega pixels.

The LG V30S ThinQ's battery lifetime is just as good as the Lumia 950 XL one, although the LG V30S ThinQ has a 1% smaller battery capacity.

Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Lumia 950 XL, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Lumia 950 XL. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy LG V30S ThinQ, else you can save some dollars and get the Lumia 950 XL, resigning some specifications.
