Galaxy M40 has a general score of 85, which is much better than Microsoft Lumia 950 XL's overall score of 75. Galaxy M40 counts with Android 10 operating system, while Microsoft Lumia 950 XL comes with Windows 10 Mobile operating system. Galaxy M40's construction is notably newer and just a bit thinner than Microsoft Lumia 950 XL's, but it's also just a bit heavier.
