The Galaxy Note3 is a bit better than the Lumia 950 XL, with a overall score of 77.7 against 75. Galaxy Note3 counts with Android 4.4.2 OS, while Lumia 950 XL counts with Windows 10 Mobile OS. The Galaxy Note3 is a much older, just a bit heavier and a little bit thicker phone than the Lumia 950 XL.
