Comparison review
Galaxy S9 is better than the Lumia 950 XL, with a global score of 83.3 against 75. Galaxy S9 is a noticeably newer and just a bit lighter device than the Lumia 950 XL, but it's also just a bit thicker. Samsung Galaxy S9 has a more powerful CPU than Microsoft Lumia 950 XL, because it has more cores and more RAM memory.
The Lumia 950 XL features a little bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy S9, although it has a quite lower pixel density, a little bit smaller display and a bit worse 2560 x 1440 resolution. The Lumia 950 XL captures just a bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S9, because although it has worse 30 fps video frame rates and a much tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Lumia 950 XL also counts with a larger back camera sensor which gives a higher image and video quality and a much more megapixels back camera.
