The iPhone 6s is better than Lumia 950, getting a overall score of 83 against 74.1. Even though iPhone 6s and the Lumia 950 were only released with a few months difference, iPhone 6s is just a little bit lighter and thinner. IPhone 6s has iOS 9.x operating system, and Lumia 950 comes with Windows 10 Mobile operating system.
IPhone 6s counts with a quite better hardware performance than Lumia 950, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor, a 64 bits processing unit and more cores.
