IPhone 6s Plus has an overall score of 84.2, which is much better than Lumia 950's score of 74.1. Although iPhone 6s Plus and the Lumia 950 were only released with a couple of months difference, iPhone 6s Plus's body is a little thinner but also notably heavier. IPhone 6s Plus counts with iOS 9.x OS, while Lumia 950 comes with Windows 10 Mobile OS.
The Lumia 950 has a bit more vivid screen than Apple iPhone 6s Plus, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a greater amount of pixels per screen inch. IPhone 6s Plus counts with a better hardware performance than Lumia 950, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a 64 bits processing unit, a graphics processing unit and a greater number of cores.
The Lumia 950 takes clearer pictures and videos than Apple iPhone 6s Plus, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Lumia 950 also has a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better photography and video in low light situations, a way bigger sensor taking much higher quality videos and photographs and a back facing camera with lot more megapixels.

The Lumia 950 counts with a little better battery lifetime than iPhone 6s Plus, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
Apple iPhone 6s Plus is way more expensive than Lumia 950, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
