IPhone 7 has an overall score of 81.6, which is better than Lumia 950's general score of 74.1. The iPhone 7 body is newer, thinner and just a bit lighter than the Lumia 950. The Lumia 950 counts with a sharper display than iPhone 7, because it has a quite larger screen, a way better 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and a way greater display density.
The Apple iPhone 7 has a much better storage to store more games and applications than Microsoft Lumia 950, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. The Apple iPhone 7 features a greater hardware performance than Lumia 950, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and also faster).
The Microsoft Lumia 950 features a slightly better camera than iPhone 7, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for shooting pictures and video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Microsoft Lumia 950 also counts with a much bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a much more MP back-facing camera.
Microsoft Lumia 950 features a very superior battery performance than iPhone 7, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
Although iPhone 7 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Lumia 950, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Lumia 950. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the iPhone 7, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Lumia 950, resigning a couple specs and features.
