Google Pixel 3a is a a little lighter device than the Lumia 950, but both of them are 0.32inches thick. The Google Pixel 3a counts with Android 11 OS, while Lumia 950 works with Windows 10 Mobile OS.
Microsoft Lumia 950 has a sharper display than Google Pixel 3a, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch of display and a higher 2560 x 1440px resolution.
