Comparison review
HTC U Ultra is slightly better than the Lumia 950, getting a 77 score against 74.1. Although the HTC U Ultra is somewhat heavier than Lumia 950, it's a bit thinner and also newer. The Microsoft Lumia 950 has a brighter display than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have the same 2560 x 1440 resolution, the Microsoft Lumia 950 also counts with a just a little better count of pixels in each inch in the screen.
The HTC U Ultra counts with much more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Lumia 950, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 1,95 TB and 64 GB internal memory capacity. HTC U Ultra has a bit faster processor than Lumia 950, because it has a higher number of cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.
Lumia 950 takes slightly better photographs and videos than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor taking lower quality pictures and videos and a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Lumia 950 also counts with a much better resolution camera.
HTC U Ultra features a battery duration that is very similar to the Microsoft Lumia 950 one.
Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Microsoft Lumia 950, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Microsoft Lumia 950. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the HTC U Ultra, else you can save some dollars and get the Microsoft Lumia 950, resigning some features and specs.
