LG G5 counts with Android 8.0 Oreo operating system, while Lumia 950 comes with Windows 10 Mobile operating system. The LG G5 design is just a little bit thinner but just a little heavier than Lumia 950, and both of them were only released 6 months apart.

LG G5 counts with a bit better processing power than Microsoft Lumia 950, because it has 1 GB more RAM memory and 3 more CPU cores. Microsoft Lumia 950 counts with a sharper display than LG G5, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 2560 x 1440 resolution, the Microsoft Lumia 950 also counts with a just a little greater count of pixels per inch in the screen.

The Microsoft Lumia 950 captures slightly better pictures and videos than LG G5, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not recommended for low light photography and videos, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Microsoft Lumia 950 also counts with a bigger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a back-facing camera with more MP.
