Motorola razr (2020) has a score of 87, which is much better than the Microsoft Lumia 950's 74.1 global score. Motorola razr (2020) works with Android 11 OS, while Microsoft Lumia 950 works with Windows 10 Mobile OS. The Motorola razr (2020) construction is much newer and just a little thinner than the Microsoft Lumia 950's, although it's extremely heavier.
The Motorola razr (2020) features a more powerful processing unit than Lumia 950, because it has a larger number of cores (and also faster) and a larger amount of RAM memory. The Lumia 950 counts with a much sharper screen than Motorola razr (2020), because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a way better pixel quantity per inch in the display and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution.
The Motorola razr (2020) features a very superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Microsoft Lumia 950, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 224 GB more internal storage. The Microsoft Lumia 950 features just a bit longer battery performance than Motorola razr (2020), because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2800mAh.
The Motorola razr (2020) shoots better photos and videos than Microsoft Lumia 950, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video resolution, the Motorola razr (2020) also has a way more mega-pixels back facing camera, a larger back camera sensor shooting higher quality videos and photos and a bigger diafragm aperture.
Although Motorola razr (2020) is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Lumia 950, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Lumia 950. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Motorola razr (2020), otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Lumia 950, letting go some specifications.
