The Galaxy M20 has an overall score of 78.9, which is a little bit better than the Lumia 950's 74.1 score. The Galaxy M20 works with Android 10 operating system, and Lumia 950 comes with Windows 10 Mobile operating system. The Galaxy M20 design is notably newer, but a bit thicker and somewhat heavier than Lumia 950.
The Microsoft Lumia 950 counts with a much better looking display than Galaxy M20, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a better pixels quantity per inch in the display. The Samsung Galaxy M20 counts with a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Lumia 950, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB and 32 GB more internal storage.
Galaxy M20 features a bit superior CPU than Microsoft Lumia 950, because it has 7 more CPU cores and a larger amount of RAM.
