Galaxy Note 3 is a little bit better than Lumia 950, getting a general score of 80.7 against 74.1. Galaxy Note 3's body is way older, somewhat heavier and just a little bit thicker than Lumia 950. Galaxy Note 3 counts with Android 5.0 OS, while Lumia 950 counts with Windows 10 Mobile OS. Lumia 950 has just a bit better looking display than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a greater count of pixels per screen inch and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with a better processor than Lumia 950, and although they both have 3 GB of RAM, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 also has a larger number of cores and an additional graphics processor.
